a guy pinged this in RA, i felt i had to share it.
someone fix the skills plz, i am unfamiliar with this coding.

earthen shackles + mark of rodgort + savannah heat does the same thing, but sexier.

however, it doesn't work with the gwen or PvE only skills yet.

yah but touching in and back is much cexier than that 2 sec casting shackles.

I've been toying around with a similar build adapted from someone else's on this forum I think:

[wiki]Gust[/wiki]
[wiki]Glowing Ice[/wiki]

It can be used to shut down and kill a bad-to-fair monk with minimal hex removal...it's only been tested on the battle isles thus far so god knows what it's like in AB...I keep meaning to try it out, but part of me hates the idea of going out with such a dodgy build!

I don't usually advocate builds with little-to-no energy management, but the fun sort of makes up or it with this one!

Also that is an adaptation from tenshi's build. It is fun to do.
